2. Description of Services

TravelAgent provides an online and mobile travel booking platform that enables users to:

• Search, compare, and book flights, hotels, holiday packages, tours, car rentals, and related travel services
• Manage travel itineraries, bookings, and travel documents in one place
• Receive personalised travel recommendations, alerts, and notifications
• Communicate with travel agents and service providers through the platform
• Access travel guides, destination information, and user reviews

TravelAgent acts as a facilitator and booking platform. In many cases, the actual travel services (flights, accommodation, tours, etc.) are provided by third-party suppliers. TravelAgent is not the provider of those underlying travel services and accepts no liability for their delivery, quality, or availability beyond our obligations as set out in these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of TravelAgent, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share your credentials with any third party
• Enable multi-factor authentication where available
• Notify us immediately at admin@humaicorp.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Not use another user's account without their express permission

TravelAgent shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Eligibility

Our Services are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. TravelAgent reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.

4. Bookings & Payments

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through TravelAgent, you are entering into a contract with the relevant travel service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.) as well as a booking agreement with TravelAgent. You are responsible for reviewing all booking details — including dates, passenger names, fare conditions, and cancellation policies — before confirming a purchase.

4.2 Pricing & Fees

All prices displayed on TravelAgent are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes and service fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. TravelAgent reserves the right to charge service fees for bookings made through our platform, which will be disclosed at checkout.

4.3 Payment

By submitting payment information, you authorise TravelAgent to charge the specified amount to your nominated payment method. All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. TravelAgent does not store full payment card details on our systems.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you submit is accurate and complete.

4.4 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from TravelAgent (by email or in-app notification) with a booking reference number. Until such confirmation is received, TravelAgent does not guarantee the availability or price of any travel service.

4.5 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights vary by travel service provider and fare type. At the time of booking, TravelAgent will clearly display the applicable cancellation policy. Where refunds are due, processing times vary by provider and may take 5–30 business days to appear in your account. TravelAgent service fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

By using TravelAgent, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any booking or account registration
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, systems, or data
• Engage in scraping, data mining, or automated access of the platform without our express written consent
• Upload or transmit any malicious software, harmful code, or disruptive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, travel agents, or TravelAgent staff
• Misuse our dispute or chargeback processes in bad faith
• Resell or sublicense access to TravelAgent Services without prior written authorisation

TravelAgent reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice, and to take appropriate legal action where warranted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, data, and materials available through TravelAgent ("TravelAgent Content") are the exclusive property of TravelAgent or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use TravelAgent Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any TravelAgent Content without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

TravelAgent integrates with and links to third-party travel providers, payment processors, map services, and other external platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. TravelAgent does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or content.

Where disputes arise between you and a third-party travel provider regarding a booking, TravelAgent will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimers

8.1 Availability

TravelAgent aims to provide reliable, high-availability Services. However, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may periodically perform maintenance that results in temporary unavailability and will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

TravelAgent Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that travel information displayed on our platform is always accurate, complete, or current, as travel schedules, prices, and availability are subject to change by providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TravelAgent, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Any disruption, delay, or failure of travel services provided by third-party suppliers
• Any errors in travel information, prices, or availability displayed on the platform
• Any force majeure events including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government travel restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control

TravelAgent's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TravelAgent in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TravelAgent and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your breach of any applicable laws or regulations; or (d) any false or misleading information you provide to TravelAgent.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TravelAgent shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or binding arbitration as required under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

TravelAgent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address
• Displaying a notice within the TravelAgent platform

Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. TravelAgent may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and TravelAgent may retain certain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
